Final Fantasy VII Remake

The end is bad, BAD, but all the game IS SOOOOO GOOD

I wasn't a Final Fantasy fan before playing but I'm a fan now. It's certainly a flawed game but it was a wonderful experience and it easily has the best real-time/turn-based hybrid combat on the market.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is the perfect Final Fantasy Game with its mix between real-time and turn-based combat.
Although the game takes the first 6 hours of the game and lengthens it into a 30 hour adventure in favour of expanding upon the story, you still get a very compelling chapter that feels complete by the end. The rest of the original will be covered in the next two games (yes, it’s a trilogy).
There are multiple characters at your disposal in combat, whose abilities can be used to chain attacks and stagger the enemy faster.
The soundtrack is stellar, as with every Final Fantasy.
All in all, this is an excellent game that builds upon decades of experimentation in the franchise to deliver one of the best FF experiences out there.

Cloud dresses like a girl to save two hotties who don't need to be saved, but also rides a motorcycle, which is rad. Barrett has a gatling gun hand named Big Bertha and they're all trying to murder a monopolized sub-sector of a pseudo government as eco-terrorists. The order is also as follows: Jesus Lord Christ - My wife - Tifa Lockhart.

I may not be a huge fan for the series, but FF7 remake is more than just a remake.. it's a true "reimagination" of the original concept.. which makes it the best remake out there by far!

The combat was satisfying enough with a really good weapon customization. And regardless of how very "linear" the gameplay was, it still managed to adopt multiple playing styles that are presented in its large gear selection!

However, it still has this weird narrative style which does not unfold the plot easily.. and when it finally does, you will still be left in vague!

I wanna replay this one but I did not like the combat at all
