I like the world of the Witcher

A little bit hard to get into, the controls take some getting used to also. After a few hours it really pulled me in, more linear compared to Witcher 3 but I prefer that sometimes. Quests and music are great. Completed 1.5 chapters but the 2nd chapter isn't as good in my opinion.

Pro's:
- Pretty nice graphics
- Charismatic characters
- Beautiful world-setting
- interesting and entertaining story
- Based on choices, you can literally play a whole different game 2 times
- The choices you make in this game will have repercussions on your witcher 3 playtrough

Cons:
- It's an old game, so the combat and moving around is pretty clunky
- Story = full politics (you have to pay a lot of attention and have witcher-lore background to get into it)

if you like the witchr 3 i highly recommend this one just to clarify some things in the witcher 3. its a good game with a nice story.

pros:

- solid combat
- solid story
- great characters
- multiple endings and choices that affect your whole game
- great drippy armor

cons:

- janky gameplay
- too much fighting in my opinion (i dont have problems with fighting games but the gameplay is so janky it just doesnt feel satisfying fighting waves and waves of enemies it becomes boring and very repetitive)
- semi open world (not necessarily a bad thing. just dont expect it to have an open world like the witcher 3 has, but you still have witcher contracts and can explore a little).

I love the storyline in this game and the cut scene graphics were beautiful.

Combat controls felt a little clunky at times but not enough to take away from what a great game it really was.

Beat on X-Box 360 and got all the achievements.

I'd recommend it.
