This game probably isn't for me at least when it comes to story mode.

I've never played Tekken before and after this game I'll never play another one. The story didn't make sense to me (I got one third in and I just can't kick myself into playing it again even after 2 weeks). Every other character talks different language which I wouldn't mind if it were two people but at one moment there was Japanese talking guy, English talking lady and Spanish talking guy and they all answered each other in different language and it was so weird 🤣. Anyway...half of the story fights were against some random people that kept spawning until the game was like: yeah, that took a good chunk of time of the players life so we can move on.

The cutscenes couldn't decide if they want to be fully animated or a slide show and the randomness of it was just weird after some time.

Aside from the story the game is good. You can customize the hell out of the characters - different crazy heads, skins, bars...whatever you want. Same as customizing the difficulty. It's almost possible to have the game play itself.

I'm sad that the character variety isn't better. Most of them are just people with meh or very similar moves and not even their design is interesting or memorable in any way.

If I would rate only singleplayer I would give this game 1/10 but without the story campaign is actually a decent game 😅

The weakest game in the series so far.
The new characters are mostly feel unrelated. The gameplay is decent as usual and rage art is pretty cool ability,the story is mediocre at best, the options for single player are laughable. Graphically, it looks like it could run on ps3 and the customization is very limited.

Tekken 7 delivers a fun experience in both story mode and its engaging multiplayer, particularly the versus battle mode with friends. Long-time fans and those familiar with previous Tekken titles will appreciate the consistent controls. While the arcade-style art direction wasn't my favorite, the fantastic gameplay more than makes up for it. The story was decent, and even though I mostly skipped cutscenes, I still grasped the general plot. Overall, Tekken 7 is a solid fighting game that I'd recommend to anyone who enjoys the genre.
