Summary

Splatoon 2 is a multiplayer third-person shooter in which players control characters known as Inklings and use colored ink to attack opponents and clear goals. Inklings can alternate between humanoid form, during which they can fire ink with their weapons, and squid form, which allows them to swim through ink of their own color in order to move quickly and replenish ink supplies.

A sequel to probably the most innovative spin on a shooter. Only Nintendo could come up with this kind of kid friendly shooter and make it this incredible. The story mode is a little lackluster, but the octo expansion for this game is 100% worth it for a really fun, innovative and well designed single player experience. The multi-player is really fun with a bunch of different weapon types from enemy killers, to massive painters and an even mix of both, all of which feel different, even the weapons of the same weapon type. A very unique concept executed perfectly
