Excellent and actually holds up in terms of gameplay

Space Invaders is the classic arcade shooter, the classic. Gameplay is simple; you shoot advancing alien ship formations, abd the ships shoot back, and advance faster as they get closer. This game has been innovated on so many times, but the original holds a charm and appeal. My overall enjoyment of this game informs my review, although it is an excellent piece of gaming history. The game is fun, but repetitive, and for that, I give it:
