So as you can tell I'm revisiting the Resident Evil Franchise by playing all games in chronological order including the ones I never really got to play. This one however I had played the original however never this remake. So it was a whole different experience from the first time I ever played it. This is a game that is worth the reputation and praise that it receives. I did play as Jill first and she is an amazing character definitely on my top 3 along side Chris and Ada. This game is a whole rollecoster of emotions. Jumpscares, rage, passive aggressiveness, frustration. It has excellent storytelling along with building suspense.

Jill as a character is fun to play with she is very much different than Chris in playstyle. She has the better weapons however she is slightly squisher. The bosses are fairly challenging while some are not. I was pretty smart when it came to Villains as I rarely took damage never even got poisoned by the snake. Which I was pleased about. Only challenging boss was the final encounter with the B.O.W. besides the bosses this game is one big puzzle. Always having to go back and forth to manage inventory which is very frustrating but at least there are storage boxes unlike re0. I only died once when playing with Jill I was very careful for that trophy. The Hunters were the biggest pain in the ass however I was careful not to waste my heals I preferred hoarding them. It was an epic conclusion indeed. I also played Chris' part because I was told it was frankly different. In a way it was however Jill's was much more enjoyable because of her weapons versatility. Although Chris' part was much easier since I had grasped the image of what I had to do prior when I played as Jill.

The cast itself is frankly hot. Jill is hot. Barry is too, wesker is hot for everyone then you got good old twink...Chris. truly the stuff of Nightmares. Twink Chris get away from me.😩 also my baby girl Rebecca Chambers who I appreciate so much more after playing RE0. With Chris I also died once when the camera angles fucked me over with the boulders crushing me. Only reason why this isn't a 10. The camera angles are painful to adjust to. However I did manage to keep all characters alive so that's a good thing from me. Overall fantastic game looking forward to other games I haven't played.
