me and my dad quite liked it

A great story for not a great game. A game where the combos are changing every now and then because you change character is frustrating. The difficulty adjustment is ridiculous, you get stomped then you stomp the AI. The gameplay is really weird, I don't like fighting game in general but this one is really off, combos are not clicking/connecting enough. But I feel like forced to play to know what happen before injustice 2 and I guess I need to play injustice 2 after...what a pain in the ass... Happily, this game is short as hell, I've been playing for like 2h and it says I'm already at 50% of the story. Tbh I think they cranked up the difficulty of the AI to make it longer. So instead getting frustrated in an ia that is nearly impossible to beat just die once and then in the rematch it's easy win! Just adapt the video game in comics ffs!

First off, the story on this is AWFUL. What a forced mess. Next, terrible frame rate & the game is almost to the point of looking dreadful. It is certainly showing its age at this point. That being said, I still had a blast. The fighting is a lot of fun & the arenas that you can kick your opponent through a dramatic set piece is the cherry on top. While this isn't a great game & honestly not even a good one, I still had fun.

Final verdict: Wait for a DEEP sale

This game rules. Well designed fighting game with a really fantastic story. My dad ended up watching me play it, being in the DC universe it makes the fighting game aspect of it a lot more accessible and we had a load of fun. Honestly the only fighting game I've really gotten into and it's all thanks to the story.
