Single player First person Third person 🔫 Shooter 🧙 RPG 💥 Action 🛸 Science fiction 🏕️ Survival 🚶 Stealth 🏖️ Sandbox 🌍 Open world
Summary

In this first-person Western RPG, the player takes on the role of Courier 6, barely surviving after being robbed of their cargo, shot and put into a shallow grave by a New Vegas mob boss. The Courier sets out to track down their robbers and retrieve their cargo, and winds up getting tangled in the complex ideological and socioeconomic web of the many factions and settlements of post-nuclear Nevada.

I would of completed it but it started to take over my life so had to stop

Loved Fallout 3 from beginning to end about a decade ago, and New Vegas plays very similar to that but with an arguably more memorable & interesting setting and story.

The overall "Las Vegas"/Casinos/ a gang made up entirely of Elvis Presley impersonators stuff is just pure fun to explore and lose countless hours in to.

Can't say it's perfect though! My main "problem" would have to be in just how easy the gunplay becomes by adding just a single companion to your journey. Most enemies become a minor inconvenience, even in large groups, and I barely feel like I can actually get chance to finish any one of them off without the Sniper companion in particular doing it all for me.

Still, great fun and I'll no doubt be continuing with my journey through the wasteland remains of Las Vegas in the future!

Positives: The Story is great and the amount of player choice within it is absolutely amazing. Everytime you play the game it could be different in small or drastic ways depending on your choices. There are so many ways this game can end and having that amount of replayability just with the story alone is amazing. The Gameplay is good. Environments and graphics are good for the time. The idea of Las Vegas in a post apocalyptic world is a cool idea. Especially with the be being seen throughout the Mojave wasteland was really cool. Sound design is Solid. The amount of playability in this game is ridiculous.

Negatives: There are performance issues in this game. Either stuttering Gameplay or long loading screen glitches. The Karma system in this game still isn't the best, but it's made better with the in depth reputation system.

Fallout: New Vegas is an amazing game with replayability that last for hours upon hours. This is not only the best game in the fallout series, but has also become a game that I have grown to love.
