No actual new content was added to the game other than the storyline and 1 boss.
To make things worse, the expansion has to be played on a separate save file, setting you back down to lvl 65 with a wiped inventory. You will be forced to grind once again for all the same weapons and gear you already had in your base game save.
After the first few minutes of fighting reused monsters on reused places and defeating reused bosses, you will inevitably feel a bit scammed with what was offered for the price.
After 2 years you would expect an expansion with a significant amount of content, but this is not it.
I would avoid this DLC at all costs, even if you loved the base game.
