Summary

Earth is burning. The Reapers have taken over and other civilizations are falling like dominoes. Lead the final fight to save humanity and take back Earth from these terrifying machines, Commander Shepard. You'll need backup for these battles. Fortunately, the galaxy has a habit of sending unexpected species your way. Recruit team members and forge new alliances, but be prepared to say goodbye at any time as partners make the ultimate sacrifice. It's time for Commander Shepard to fight for the fate of the human race and save the galaxy. No pressure, Commander. Fight smarter. Take advantage of new powers and combat moves. Shepard can now blind fire at enemies and build tougher melee attacks. Plus, when you fight as a team you can combine new biotic and tech powers to unleash devastating Power Combos. Build the final force. Build a team from a variety of races and classes and combine their skills to overcome impossible odds. You'll be joined by newcomers like James Vega, a tough-as-nails soldier, as well as EDI, a trusted AI in a newly acquired physical form. Keep an eye out for beloved characters from your past, but beware. Some may not survive the final battle... Face off against friends. Enjoy an integrated co-op multiplayer mode and team up with friends online to liberate key conflict zones from increasingly tough opponents. Customize your warrior and earn new weapons, armor, and abilities to build war preparedness stats in your single player campaign.

i completed the trilogy and finally I can say that this is the best game saga ever... not one lacking. they are all the same universe but they changed it up everytime. of course there is good and bad because some features I like more in one and others in another, they compliment each other so much! I have to say that this one seems a little more buggy than the other ones but by the time I finished I couldn't help to love it, even though it seems more stiff than the other ones, I felt like I had to follow a order to get everything right, in 1 and 2 it was more free. the story is amazing from the beginning to end, all characters are well written even if they could die in other games they are included vividly. most of the choices matter and it shapes your shepard who is also well written even though they can be very different for everyone, in aspect or behaviour. the romances and relationship with the crew are heartwarming, I'm very attached to all of them. they are my family... that's why I wanted a better good ending tbh I get the vision and the story but I wish that if you had a perfect playthrough you can be rewarded... but I cried it's so sad, no other game has ever made me feel this way. the replay value is immense, there are so many dialogues and choices, you can play it for 100 times and still not see everything. special mention to the citadel dlc it's so cool getting to hang around with everyone and have closure, I want to think it ended that way :(
thank you mass effect 💗

I choose the ending where all those aliens were destroyed. Commander Shepard seemed dead. Normandy crash landed in tropical planet. Seemed like Shepard survived. Idk.

I love the whole mass effect trilogy. On par with my #1 Fallout New Vegas.

Some people felt let down by the ending, but that aside, this is an excellent culmination of an iconic series (Andromeda doesn't count).
