Summary

Included in the Ultimate Edition of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, this is a Playstation 5 remaster of Marvel's Spider-Man and all of its DLC. The remastered version features improved skin, eyes, hair, and facial animation, as well as ray-traced reflections, ambient shadows, and improved lighting. More pedestrians and vehicles are also seen in the remaster. Marvel's Spider-Man: Remastered also adds three new Spider-Man suits which were not in the original game, as well as new photo mode features and new trophies.

So back when this came out I did miss it. Because frankly I missed most of the ps4 era back in the day because I was broke and Depressed.😳

However when I got my PS5 around 3 years ago. This was my first PS5 game I played from Start to finish. The Remastered version I mean. Unlike Miles Morales this was so charming to play. Boy was everything about this game absolutely mesmerising. The scenery was stunning. The graphics looked beyond God Tier and realistic. The voice acting was amazing it made me feel like I was going through a movie. Not to mention how long this game was which made it even more enjoyable because Miles Morales was so short I didn't even feel it or connect to it. Frankly I still think that it should have been a DLC for this game. I loved the fact that you could swing as much as you wanted and the adrenaline I felt when I jumped from the tallest building. That felt amazing and realistic.

Now I was never really a Mary Jane fan, I mean we all watched the original trilogy or even read the comics. She ain't the best person. However this game made her tolerable and I enjoyed her Stealth mission. It gave this game so much versatility, hey even when you play as Miles during this game that felt different in a great way. The storyline flows well, which is more praise I can give.
What this game did well compared to Miles Morales was Deliver us some iconic and yet some even underrated Villains that barely have received spotlight in modern day pop culture. Like shocker, or even task master, ik we got task master from the Black widow movie but come on now...that was more like toy master. All the boss fights feel memorable there isn't one that I can forget. They're all pretty lengthy too. Especially the most memorable is the MR negative boss Battles. Top tier Designing and animation.

Even the DLC missions they all felt like their own original stories and were not short which was a bonus. My favourite one was definitely the Black Cat chase. Black cat looked amazing and don't even judge me but she had more chemistry with Peter than MJ did. That's on a period!🫡. What is a little negative for me is the fact that it can be repetitive when you fight criminals because frankly they rarely changed. But the finishing moves were great! That's all

Overall this game is nothing short but a masterpiece. It is a roller coaster. You will feel fun, anger, empathy, sadness, and most likely cry during THAT specific scene with Aunt May. Ik I did.🥲

a really nice storytelling, and also I want to visit New York now, maybe because of high expectations but the game plays is a little bit doll, and the boss fights are repetitive they do try to spice it up still

Played on: Playstation 5
Version: Playstation 5 (Remastered)
Edition: Digital

On my top 10 of all time. Truly amazing (pun intended) & Insomniac always kills it. They truly understand these characters & brought NYC to life in such a beautiful way. I have platinumed the game twice now (PS4 & PS5 versions) & STILL find myself free roaming around swinging from buildings. THAT is how you know you made an incredible game.

Final verdict: Buy it
