i think 26 cases is quite alot but its fun

Finished 19 of the 26 cases. Thats enough of this game for me. Some interesting detective work, good voice acting. Unskippable cutscenes (super annoying), stupid trailing missions, ridiculous AI, clunky action sequences, dated graphics and weird facial animations even for a remaster.

8/10- Very good game. The few downsides were the graphics although the world had lots of detail and care in it which made up for it.Not much variety in the mechanics and the gameplay slightly dragged towards the end.Also the ending felt quite rushed.Where this game absolutely shines is it's story, characters and voice acting. Interesting story which leads up to a big conspiracy. Characters we get context to from flashbacks all intertwined in the story centred about cole Phelps. Outside of the ending his story was brilliant to see unfold, especially as we see his past in the war. Great facial recognition and voice acting which meant I was very engrossed with each character and their motives. The gameplay was great in the detective aspects but dragged a bit towards the end through lack of variety. Overall a game I will remember fondly and one I'm glad I played.

An amazing message about reality about ourselves that tells us we should always do the right thing whatever it takes it tells us we're just humans and maybe we make some mistakes it tells us that everyone has cowardice and courageous in himself
A protagonist who seems so typical in the beginning but after a short period you'll discover a great human inside a great detective of course he's not the best but he's better than the most
The end is the best it's just the best and I can't imagine it better
All of that without talking about the gameplay it has rockstar's touch in shooting and driving but it has its own identity with a creative technology which focuses on facial movements and makes you feel like a real detective but sometimes you feel that the cases are repetitive but that's not a problem
Times when the developers loved their job and made an art not just a game

Such a unique experience, even in 2024. There’s no other game like it

I never had the patience to finish despite starting it probably four times.
