Summary

Challenge Mode is a post-launch addition that introduced tweleve challenges focused on combat, survival, and bike skills. Each challenge has unique objectives, requiring players to fend off waves of Freakers, defeat human enemies, or complete bike stunts within specific constraints. Seriously underrated content that was added for free, good variety of challenges ranging from horde fights to bike time trials, basically a good way to get to fight some hordes right away without the need to wait for a good while before you do it in main campaign. Also enjoyed how patches you receive carry over to main campaign and are visible on the protagonist's jacket, just a nice addition, fun too, naughty dog would make a big deal out of content like this.
