Summary

Discover classic Battlefield gameplay with epic multiplayer and an adventure-filled campaign. Experience the dawn of all-out war, only in Battlefield 1. Fight your way through epic battles going from tight urban combat in a besieged French city to big open spaces in the Italian Alps or frantic combats in the Arabic sand dunes. Experience large-scale battles as infantry or piloting vehicles on land, air and sea, from the tanks and bikes on the ground, to bi-planes and gigantic battleships.

The last 'true Battlefield'

Arguably the best Battlefield game ever made that actually delivered. It has one of the best soundtracks, beautiful map designs, fantastic audio, and the greatest atmosphere and destruction I've ever witnessed in any video game ever.

Battlefield 1 was the last 'true' Battlefield, sure BFV is levels ahead of BF2042 and is far closer to a BF game however that game took the downfall of Battlefield to another level. So in comparison, this really was the last true BF game.

Going back to this in 2024, really makes you appreciate what DICE used to create for the players. BF1 has a class system, a scoreboard, five man squads, team balancing, great progression, and best of all, premium over live service.

I have had so much fun playing this again after the mess of the last two Battlefield titles. It's so refreshing to play a Battlefield that actually works. If you're looking to play a Battlefield in 2024, play this.

i have remained very impressed even if it is a game since 2016. the graphics leave you without words being well done. but the stories are quite short and without too many obstacles but compensate with the narative thread that is full of suspense.

What a Beautiful Game

This game is simply mesmerizing.

Visually and audibly, it’s an incredibly immersive experience. The graphics are hypnotizing, and every sound draws you further into its world.

The story takes a completely different approach from the usual—offering six mini-campaigns instead of a single, linear narrative.

But what truly stands out is how the story is told. It’s raw, grim, hopeless, and brutally real.

You’re not a Superman who can take endless bullets and emerge unscathed. Instead, you’re an ordinary man—someone who feels, suffers, and changes. Through sheer circumstances, you find yourself caught in the chaos of war.

Whether you make it out alive or not, both your life and the lives of those around you will be changed forever.

What else can I say? Conceptually and narratively, it’s a masterpiece.

Mechanically and in terms of gameplay, there’s room for improvement. But as an audiovisual experience, I give it an 8.5/10.
