As good of a game as this is, full price for this game is not worth it. The combat is fun and simple enough, with difficulty being solid enough. Puzzles aren't anything special really either. The biggest thing that stands out in this remake are the visuals, the colours really pop out and are really easy on the eyes. Overall, there isn't a single thing in this remake granting it's 80 cad price tag, but at a cheaper price it is definitely a 10-15 hour experience that is worth playing through

I loved this game as a child and it was my first ever RPG. The remake is a one to one remake but that’s not a bad thing. My only issue was that the game feels much easier with all the quality of life updates. If that’s the case play the postgame for a nice bit of challenge

I see this game a solid 9/10
Very fun, cute, and has its own charm.
The story & combat are not too deep but still enjoyable & engaging enough. There’s a great variety of levels, areas, and monsters. Also some secrets and side activities that you can do. Overall a very nice & unique adventure 👍🏻⭐️
