Summary

The sequel to the award winning Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Senua returns in a brutal journey of survival through the myth and torment of Viking Iceland. Intent on saving those who have fallen victim to the horrors of tyranny, Senua faces a battle of overcoming the darkness within and without.

Amazing story, graphics are incredible, it's a really nice story telling game. It will take just under 7 hours to complete but it's really great at telling the story.

Yeah i don't see the hype on this one. Yes the graphics are one of the best but other than that?.. nothing. a short story (almost 6 hours) dull characters and plot with the most generic and awful gameplay I've ever seen in a GAME

Hellbalde is just generic xbox exclusive that tries too hard to be a movie and it didn't work

The most underwhelming and frustrating game I've ever played. I love story games but this is terrible apart from the graphics being great

Hellblade 2 is the audiovisual work that everyone should try. A unique experience that I have never seen before in my life. The most amazing graphics yet.

It's absolutely an amazing experience, with great acting and such stunning graphics. It feels like an interactive movie, not a game and I'm curious to see what's next for Senua.

The plot gets a bit confusing for this one, as it is not really clear as to are the other characters real, or they are just the embodiment of the external push Senua needs to fully give into her psychosis.

There's not much that has changed otherwise. Combat feels roughly the same, with some small improvements in attack combos, thus making it a bit more realistic.

When it comes to the visuals, it simply is the best looking game out there, with a breathtaking scenery, photorealistic lighting and just amazing environmental and character details.

The game itself is a masterpiece in technical and visual aspects, truly a next-generation game. The developers' care in producing the game is extremely perceptible, in every tiny detail and in the mechanics presented. That said, I couldn't help but feel somewhat contradictory at the end of the gameplay. I believe that the nearly identical mechanics and the story, which is inferior to the first game, left me somewhat frustrated at the end, with the feeling that perhaps this sequel didn't really need to exist. In conclusion, despite some criticisms, I still think it's worth embarking on Senua's psychedelic adventure, especially since the game is short and offers a great audiovisual and technical experience.
