MY FAVORITE GAME IN THE PERSONA SERIES. I love the characters, storyline and the overall aesthetic.

This game has many flawed aspects, but the rest of the package is so unbelievably strong and compelling that it's almost impossible for me not to look over them to praise everything this game does right. The story is a fantastic, sort of cozy coming of age high school drama crossed with a murder mystery. On its own, the murder mystery wouldn't be much to write home about, but the ever-growing ensemble cast is full of iconic, lovable, hilarious characters that, by exerting such a strong influence on the world, really make the story more interesting, plus they add more interesting stakes in the ways that obtaining Personas make them develop as characters. The gameplay here is also quite enjoyable, although the dungeons can be a little repetitive and, in the late game, a little grindy. Also, if you somehow didn't know, the OST for this game is absolutely magnificent. I absolutely adore this game and will probably be yapping about it for the rest of my life. I haven't played Golden (I played this in 2021 on my PS3), so I expect I'll replay it. Eventually.

although this app doesn't have Persona 4 Golden, I will say that I loved every moment spent in persona 4's world, Inaba became more than just a location, everything I got on it felt like I was going back home to see my friends,
the cast of characters is amazing, the story has tons of twists and turns, it's about a 60 hour story but every minute is well spent, highly recommend it!
