Uno dei super gruppi più celebri della Marvel, i Fantastici Quattro, è rimasto intrappolato nella Zona Negativa e il giocatore dovrà accompagnarli nella loro avventura, nella quale fuggiranno da quella dimensione per poi scontrarsi con il loro acerrimo nemico dalle manie di grandezza, il Dottor Destino! Tutti e cinque, sia i quattro eroi che il supercriminale, sono giocabili, aggiungendo varietà all’esperienza.
