I'm biased 😄👍.
On a serious note, this game is my favorite MMO there is. The story is very compelling, even for the base game which gets you to level 50 with a bunch of end game content. The combat starts of slow, as there is a long global cooldown for all spells, but the further you are in the game, the more spells you have, the faster it gets. I don't mind the slow start as it very much helped me understand the classes slow and steady from beginning to end. The game starts you off with base classes and at level 30, they upgrade to a more powerful class. Base class/Level 30 upgrade. Base classes are, Marauder/Warrior, Gladiator/Paladin, Pugilist/Monk, Rogue/Ninja, Lancer/Dragoon, Conjurer/White Mage, Archer/Bard, Thaumaturge/Black Mage, and finally Arcanist/Summoner(Damage)+Scholar(Healer)(Yes, this class becomes 2 classes in 1 at level 30). My favorite part about this game is that even old content is still viable and it is actually necessary to go through for progress. That means old content never dies out like other MMOs. People will keep coming back to it even after reaching the latest expansion as doing daily content gets you to join newcomers. Simply put, the perfect plan for future proofing and keeping old and new content alive.

Det finnes ikke noen bedre mmo på konsoll altså. Scoren er for realm reborm, ettersom jeg skal adde på dlcene videre, ettersom jeg fullfører dem.

FFXIV is a world and story that should be experienced by anyone who can sink the time into it.

Pretty but boring disconnected story that couldn't keep me entertained at all. Paying monthly for it is a bit ridiculous too and the sign up process is ridiculously long.

Possibly the game to which I've invested the most of my time to ._.
Even though it's an MMORPG, I largely played it single player, as the story across the multiple expansions is *chef's kiss*
It takes a WHIIILE to get interesting, but I already knew that going in so I didn't have trouble pushing through the boring and admittedly dated quest design, although it does get better in later expansions. The soundtrack is phenomenal, I have a handful of tracks that are mainstays in my Playlist, and I know I'll be adding more soon .-.
It's infinitely more fun to play through the story with a someone else who's also starting out. That's enough of the MMO dose for me this way.
