Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade

Its THE BEST in terms of everything. It got humor, a very touching story, best characters, very glamorous, awesome graphics even the controls are well suited. Every description will be over the top. This game deserved the best score. My PC heated up like a frier for sure XD.

Having never played the original FF7 or any FF game for that matter, I have heard a lot of good things about this remake and was excited. It was a fun game and a good game overall with some caveats. Likeable characters, engaging story with some memorable moments, good music, slick and exciting combat, but not a masterpiece of a game by any stretch.

8/10 is a good rating for it as I felt the level design/layout was uninspired and overly simplistic, the puzzles tedious time wasters, and the side quests uninteresting. The ending to the game or should we say the conclusion to this part of the trilogy felt like it overstayed its welcome. On the other hand, the very fact that the game serves as a setup for the trilogy made it feel somewhat underwhelming as a whole. You realize it is less of a satisying and complete experience and more of a dedication to years-long wait for the following two parts.

In the end, the story ends up feeling like it lacks something even though I enjoyed it personally. Overall, I don't think it was as impactful for me as some other JRPG greats like Persona 5 or DQ11 that are often mentioned in the same conversation. Regardless, I will be checking out the second one when it comes to PC as I am interested in seeing where the story will go next.
