Downtown Nekketsu Story is the original version of the game known as River City Ransom. The game was first released as Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari, but has since been localized as Downtown Nekketsu Story.

Probably the best NES game aside from Mario games.
Nice graphics, smooth gameplay, perfect for coop and surprisingly deep, it's a miracle this game could even fit on a Famicom cartridge!
