Summary
An HD remaster of Devil May Cry, first made available in "Devil May Cry HD Collection." In the first installment of the Devil May Cry series, the player controls Dante as he faces off against the resurrected Demon Emperor, Mundus. The game introduces Dante's abilities, like Devil Trigger which transforms him into a demon, swordplay, gun-slinging, and stylish combos, all of which have become a staple of the series.

It was ok type of game.Nothing special if I'm being honest.Story was fine,combat simple,combos pretty good.You use orbs from defeated enemies to unlock health bars,additional combos,etc.Characters not so much.I'm tired of edgy wanna be badass characters.Dialogue and voice acting was meh.Soundtrack was decent as well.Boss fights were good,you fight same enemies 3 times and Mundus the final boss once.Game wasn't anything memorable for me,played it at the beggining of 2024,and I already forgot more than half stuff.It's a game I've beaten once and not feeling like playing this again

Such an amazing game. The various guns are really fun to use along with the different swords and Devil trigger abilities.
Controls are really responsive.
Bosses are unique and difficult but usually a good fight.
Aside from that one scene the voice acting is really good for its time.
I also like the story a lot.
I highly recommend this game to anyone that likes action games
