I really liked it. It's a meaty mission and it even makes some improvements on the base game. There's some welcome emotion - there's more humor which I like (the game is unafraid to mock itself for being cheesy, and one goofy joke made me laugh out loud), and the scenes between Adam and Pritchard are genuinely touching. The level design is great - the inside is very intricate, and I like how prevalent civilians are inside. I also love the outside hub - it's less dense, but I prefer it like that - it gives it a more pleasant rhythm IMO, reminded me of the original where you can stretch your legs more (you don't feel obliged to do or pick up everything every few metres). I also really like how the side stories ran parallel to the main objective, too, they added to the experience instead of breaking the flow. The downsides of the DLC are the length (it's a bit short for the price) and that it's standalone. I also didn't like the end Breach section, it feels really dated gameplay-wise (thankfully it's short). Otherall tho I'm happy and I'd recommend it.
