Summary

Welcome to a new world of Danganronpa, and prepare yourself for the biggest, most exhilarating episode yet. Set in a “psycho-cool” environment, a new cast of 16 characters find themselves kidnapped and imprisoned in a school. Inside, some will kill, some will die, and some will be punished. Reimagine what you thought high-stakes, fast-paced investigation was as you investigate twisted murder cases and condemn your new friends to death.

amazing game. The ending? :/

The cases were just as great as the ones before, some even better. Still, I was somewhat disappointed in this game. It felt uncreative and flat, and the world plus some characters felt absolutely like copy-pasted.
This game lacked a lot of the vibe and fun the games before this had. It did't have the same contrast of fun and disturbing. The characters felt disconnected of each other, and every time I thought sonething nice was building up, the dynamic was figuratively and literally killed.

While I have a lot of negative opinions of V3, it is all in relation to the other parts. Its still a grand and absurd experience. I still liked some of the characters and scenes. All in all, it still gives the Danganronpa experience.

Spoiler: The final reveal of the mastermind was absolute garbage, and I am honestly baffled some people liked it. It could have been done great, but read like a 13 year old has written it, who thought the whole "it was all a dream/game concept." was never seen before. And none of the twist delivered. Vibes were off. Just bad.
Also the first time I knew who the mastermind was after the 3rd case...that is kinda bad. And arguing that everything was kinda trashy because thats part of the twist, that everything was supposed to feel unoriginal, is just not it
