Gráficos um pouco melhores do que o antecessor, jogabilidade menos travada e agora podendo jogar com boss do primeiro game que teve uma repaginada no visual.
O torneio continuou Eiji o protagonista ainda não chegou no seu irmão mesmo com a eliminação da sociedade e de seus chefes.
