Unreal tournament is definitely dated, but still extremely fun to play today. Smooth movement, small maps, low time to kill with an array of fun one shot weapons, 2 fire modes on every gun, fun game modes, and custom weapon sets all make this game an addictive multiplayer shooter that I come back to whenever I can get a local game together.

On the PC it has aged, by all means fire it up for the nostalgia but its sequels outmatch it in online play.
But it does have a Dreamcast version that you can emulate on your phone or handheld device for matches against the bots or going through the campaign, with autoaim and interface adaptions - and here its absolutely as frenetic as ever. I recommend it with no reservations

Imagine a 7yo kid trying to beat this games campaign!! That was me, it was the hardest shit ever but I took this game with all my heart and fell in love with the sci fi aesthetics and tricks you can do, maps and M-M-M-M-MONSTERKILL moments. Love you UT99.
