I’ll never ever forget this game, just such a true classic and I wish they would remake it

Positives:
The gameplay here is still pretty solid. The shooting is fun and the driving is smooth. I like how each mission is unique from one another and gives the game some variety. The side missions are great as well. Fuzz, Septic Avenger, etc. Are all great. The story here is great. I like the protagonist being fully voiced. It gives your character more importance in the story. The different gangs here are just as good if not better than the gangs in the first gang. The twist with Julius is also interesting. The sound design is great and the radio music is great as well. The world while being the general Same thing from the first game there are enough variations in it and the way it's used in the story that still makes it good.

Negatives: There were some noticeable performance issues when a lot was going on in the game, especially during some missions. The driving while shooting still sucks in this game. The controls don't help with it at all.

Saints Row 2 is a great sequel that adds some improvements to the formula.

I really like the story of Saints Row 2. Perfect continuation of the first Saints Row and was one of the first video games I played till completion. Hoping the Saints Row series makes its way back to its roots.
