Summary

A 3D platform video game and the third installment in the Ratchet & Clank series. The gameplay is similar to previous games in the series but introduces new features such as a new control system and more levels in the upgrade system for weapons. It follows Ratchet and Clank's adventure through a fictional universe to defeat a robotic villain, Dr. Nefarious, who intends to destroy all organic life. Characters such as Dr. Nefarious and Sasha, a Cazar starship captain who helps Ratchet throughout the game, are introduced, and a number of characters return from the original Ratchet & Clank.

So I finally finished the original trilogy, not that it was bad, I just played it from time to time for some reason and so it took me a while. It was quite good though and the third one is a good conclusion. The story is pretty funny, there are tons of weapons, enemies, level, just overall content. The story and variety of the game are pretty good. It might just be a bit too long and the difficulty is quite uneven. Not all weapons are useful and I would have liked to have another dedicated button for gadgets or another wheel menu, or having at least the hypershoot context sensitive (I think it kind of was, but it not always worked). It's a cool game series and I will definetly play the others too. It would have been even better if I did play it all a bit quicker at once I think.

Peak Ratchet and Clank. HD collection on PS3 is the best way to play. Platinum again not rage inducing and very manageable yet challenging at times
