The premise of a pokemon 3d game where you control Pikachu for a target of children can be underestimated, but keep an eye out for this: this game is almost always a calming, chill experience, and it's a really good prototype for a Pokemon 3d game: exploring the pokepark and its characters is always fun, with minigames dividing the park, but the most fun comes in battles, which, being in real time, get very different from the main series ones. Don't expect a great story, but a fun game to play without big problems.

(P.S. The game has some special codes that you can easily find online, that can call other special pokémons or make Pikachu playable in even more minigames, so when you finish the game check its codes!)

I love this game. I played it a lot as a child, and I still enjoy it years later. I like making friends with the Pokémon by catching them, searching for them, or battling them. The minigames are also really fun, and the bonus achievements aren't particularly difficult, although the bonus achievements for the Legendary Pokémon are more challenging. The individual zones are also fun to explore. If you need a feel-good game, this is exactly what you need.
