Summary

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket lets you easily collect Pokémon cards. Creatures Inc. has created exciting new visual effects for cards that are only possible digitally.

It's fun...for a few first packages then it's sorta all the same.

What sucks tho is that you can open only two packets a day without paying for in-game stuff with real money...

But hey if you love blind boxes and pokemon then this is definitely gonna safe you some money and you'll enjoy it ^^

I like the idea of being able to open packs without spending money in real life. I haven't unlocked all the functions yet so I don't want to rate the game 10 stars but I love it so far.

I love opening packs up and trying to collect all the cards but in competitive play I definitely feel like there is a meta set up.

Played it for a while after launch.
Quality experience, good feel. Good gameplay.
Yet feels sluggish at times and pretty basic.
Needs a dark theme mode.

An actual interesting take on the Pokémon TGC, maybe made to increase even more this side of the franchise's popularity.

It's essentially a card collector game with a resized versione of the classic card game for quick online battles.
You get 10 cards everyday (without using items to speed up the game), which I'll admit is a bit too few on the long term, and can build decks of 20 cards each.
As for now there ain't much strategy involved, as basically every deck you could think of is either based on charging fast or stacking your main Pokémon slowly while taking some damage with other cards.

The online matches are pretty fair, but the only thing really bothering is that whoever starts the game can't attack or give and energy in the first turn. That's big bullshit, I won't lie. In what game having the first turn is a disavantage?

Cards are pretty just like irl and the rare cards are kinda easy to find. The whole "social" aspect of the game is also nice.

I'm curious to see how this game will evolve with new espansions and such. It's either get vetter and better, or the powercreep will get so ridicolous that nobody will want to play it anymore.

Oh, also, the game runs like shit. It's a card game, why does it suck so much of my battery?
