Summary
Five years after the events of Oxenfree, Riley returns to her hometown of Camena to investigate mysterious radio signals. What she finds is more than she bargained for.
TVs turn on and off. Planes lose radar. Radio stations can't broadcast through the static. In the small coastal town of Camena, unnaturally occurring electromagnetic waves are suddenly causing interference with electrical and radio equipment. Reluctantly, Riley Poverly returns to her hometown to investigate the mystery, but what she finds is more than she bargained for.

Pretty shallow experience, the first oxenfree title had better storyline and characters

Left it because the scene with the elevator that goes up from the cage was stuck and I couldn't proceed with the game.

The team banter wasn't as frequent as in the first game, and the main sidekick for sure got on my nerves and triggered my dislike for the clingy, weak, shy, type of person at times, but the radio conversations where really good, and the friendship that developed with the guy in question was also awesome. For me, it might even be a good thing that the horror wasn't as scary this time around, as it made it so that the story for me could land more, and be more grounded. A good follow up, I would say, but then again I was also a fan of the studios Afterlife game, as well. :)
