One Piece: Burning Blood

Alright get your flames and pitch forks ready...I haven't seen one piece. I watched the first 10 episodes and then gave up because it was too long. HOWEVER I have a lot of love for most of the characters...specifically zoro law and boa Hancock. This game was very cheap so I did buy it thinking it was going to be a game that will do a quick run of the whole show up to a certain however it didn't. I can't really say I went into this arc blind I already knew about Ace. The game actually was pretty fun way better than the naruto shinobi striker game. I had fun learning more about this arc and more about Ace's journey.

I thought the graphics were great, the voice acting was also great it truly captured the emotions of devastation. Gameplay mechanics can be a tad confusing however it takes a bit of time to adjust to them. Nevertheless I got adjusted to it eventually.

What really holds this back is the idea that there are 4 possible scenarios that display the same storyline however from 4 different povs. It was annoying but what can ya do. Re6 did it however it's RE and I'm not fully in love with one piece to kinda vibe to that. What also holds this back is how unbalanced the characters are. Some do major damage and some do baby damage. There were some extra missions where I had to be a C tier character having 2 face 2 A tier characters that could do half a bar of damage with 1 hit??? Like tf??? I had to restart the fights a lot because of this. I didn't unlock all the characters especially the ones I wasn't familiar with cause I had to unlock them with ingame currency however I did unlock the ones I personally find sexy.... so boa, smoker...shanks....law... you get the gist.😉

My favourite character to play with in story mode was akainu, his campaign was the most fun because he had such a fun skill set that was fairly easy to beat people. While the one scenario I struggled the most was....ace. which broke my heart because this game was very Ace heavy. Ace just had such terrible damage and skill sets and having to face such tough characters that dealt so much damage made that specific scenario very difficult for me to play. However I did beat it eventually. Yea very fun, defo has replayability and would probably be more fun to play co op.

Cool manga art style and roster of characters. Marineford focused story is a little lackluster but the combat is fun 🫰

Absolute diarrea ass cheeks, tf is that combat Angle for a fighting game, tf are this controls, One piece too good for this game

Bored, very poor gameplay and I feel it like the developers didn't really apreciate the work they were doing. The animations of the characters are very cool, but the rest of the game is a bit awful... As a One Piece fan, I can say that it is the worst One Piece game I have ever played
