A beautiful game with adorable companions, an interesting story, beautiful visuals and an incredible soundtrack. It takes some time to get into, and the bosses can be hard, but it is a great experience.

i came in blind so i didn't expect it to be a souls-like game, but it was honestly a welcome surprise. the balance it found between it's absolute adorableness and it's crazy intensity really worked together and made for something unique.

platforming is very consistent at being inconsistent and controlling the water monster thing is wired too.

Brilliant. I absolutely loved this game & it is pathetic that an indie title that came out of nowhere beats the fuck out of Triple A titles. It is extremely polished & a lot larger than I expected. The story is fantastic, the score is euphoric, & the gameplay & the characters that inhabit it are some of the best in recent memory.
