Summary

Hitman: Absolution follows the Original Assassin undertaking his most personal contract to date. Betrayed by the Agency and hunted by the police, Agent 47 finds himself pursuing redemption in a corrupt and twisted world. Showcasing Io-Interactive’s new proprietary Glacier 2 technology, the game has been built from the ground up, boasting a cinematic story, distinctive art direction and highly original game design, Hitman Absolution combines much loved classic gameplay with completely new gameplay features for the Hitman franchise.

enjoyed it, not as good as the new ones

I hate this game. Only because of ai and really annoying missions. It was made only for speedrunners. My only advice - play on the lowest difficulty, it's not about challenge, higher difficulty just locks game features and removes any ai reaction time delay, you get instantly exposed and every stage turns in to call of duty.

It's even better than the recent Hitman Trilogy.

The changes made on this game didn’t felt that good, but it was a important step for the WOA trilogy, still some levels have really good designs.

I rarely feel second hand embarrassment for developers when playing a bigger budget game, but this managed to do so with basically every cutscene.
The stealth gameplay is streamlined to the point where it undercuts any challange that could present itself, while the action sequences will leave you wishing for any sort of game that is actually built around action.

This game is a victim of wanting to please the most common denominator, while retaining long time fans, which instead left it in a state where it appeals to no one, because it does nothing exceptionally well and the only things left standing out are its ugly warts.
