After centuries spent slumbering in the bowels of the earth, the primordial beasts known as Titans have awoken. Now they must battle humanity - and one another - for total world dominance. GigaBash combines chaos and creativity with the jaw-dropping scale of the classic kaiju movies. Play as either a rampaging Titan or a Titan-hunting mecha; summon lightning from the heavens, use a radio tower as a baton, or roll a whole district (and your enemies) into a single massive snowball. Wreak enough havoc and you'll evolve into your final form, the terrifyingly titanic S-Class.

If you take it for what it is then you will get tons of fun especially in coop.
There is a story, it's goofy, it's super short (around 3 hours), not voice acted, with no plot twists and serves as a sorta tutorial...
The combat is easy to get used to (or be like me and spam the powered basic attack...it's fun and it works 🤣)
For me the most important thing in any fighting games are the characters...how they play and also how they look. If you give me 30 humanoids I'll be pissed...so I'm happy to report that there is sadly only ten characters in the base game but each of them is unique = looks different and plays different (one of them is a literal building... 🤣). And with DLCs you can get the number of characters to whooping 24 (but two of them are very similar to another two so...that's a bummer...)
My only problem with this game was the sometimes really annoying camera that just followed my enemy or some random dust particles instead of my character for some reason...
If you have a bunch of friends to play with I definitely recommend this game...as long as you don't expect anything special. It is just a game during which you can switch off your brain after a long day at work and just enjoy fighting with your friends. It does not do anything special or groundbreaking but what it does it does perfectly.
