I gave up on it again.
Not as bad as I remember but still feels dead.
The cutscenes are awful as well.
I will go back again and complete it but I need a break

Honestly, very predictable game, fhe mysteries were very easy to see and the final twist was not shocking at all. The graphics were very off and it was overall a much worse game than the first.

I wanted to like this game but overall it is tediously slow. Everything is so painfully obvious but you still have to go through the motions of talking to everyone and 'solving' each case. Nothing feels high stakes, even the final battle sequence because the gameplay is only limited to clicking through dialogue, mashing the A button maybe a half dozen times through the whole game, or doing a very slowed timed button press. Even the story, now years after the film adaptation, (spoiler alert - don't read further) does nothing new since it has the same twist as the film but executed much more obviously. You can see it coming from about Chapter 3 and it isn't subtle. Visually, the game also looks dated, especially when you compare it to something like 2017's switch port of Pokken Tournament. Really had to force myself to play this one, and even then, it was because I had two long flights and nothing else to do.
