Garbage. This game is proof that Ubisoft will make the same game every time, just with different graphics and location. This game is the same as every other Ubisoft game in the last 10 years. Despite being "pretty" it's absolutely soulless and devoid of anything actually fun. Don't even buy it on a sale. This guys have no idea how to make games anymore.

The game is gorgeous in terms of graphics, but the gameplay is decent. Similar to farcry and the best thing in the game is riding an Ikran.
Unfortunate the story is forgettable due to the same writing in their games.
Fight with the rebels, help them, bring them together, strengthen their lands and then fight against the enemy together. The music is good but repetitive most of the time and the world is big with repetitive side activities and boring side quests.

The game is expensive and the story is short because there are DLCs coming up in 2024.
I recommend buying the game with someone or wait for sale until all DLCs are released.

Played on: Playstation 5
Version: Playstation 5
Edition: Digital (Gold Edition)

This is easily one of the best looking titles I've played for the Playstation 5. At times, it can be visually jaw dropping with some great sound design to boot. The world is filled with so much detail that it can be quite overwhelming at first.

Which leads me to that, at first. At first, this game is EXTREMELY hard to get into. I love the films & even I struggled to find the urge to go on. The story is horrendous & 95% of the time I skipped cut scenes (which I never do in games).

The game is very repetitive & will having you doing stuff that many people are familiar with in a Ubisoft title. Taking down outposts, finding treasure, upgrade gear, camps, etc.

All this being said, it gets better over time but it shouldn't have to be a matter of 20 hours minimum in order to START having fun. Other than its visuals, it is a very forgettable game. Gunplay isn't fun, the difficulty (even on easy) is ridiculous at times, & the story is non existent due to its nightmare writing. I will be cleaning up for the platinum & waiting to see what they cook up in the DLC...

Final verdict: Wait for a DEEP sale
