Summary

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge reunites Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello to kick shell in a beautifully realized pixel art world invoking the turtles' classic 1987 design.

I'll be honest at the begining I was very meh about the game but three or four missions in I was loving it! It's so much fun once you get into the game. I can see why so many people is prazing it.

Well, what can I say about the game. Classic beat em up. This is exactly what I imagine under 'arcade game'. In many levels you can find collectibles (that are usually hidden in breakable things which is an interesting choice if you ask me 😅). You can even change skins of the character you pick. The gameplay (fighting) is fluid and very fun - you can do combos, grabs, jump kicks, just so many things!

The levels are very short, just a few minutes each which also means the game itself is short (but you can go through it once more with all other characters and on higher difficulties so the replayability is amazing in this). The short story time is definitely a positive thing for me as it doesn't overstay its welcome and only makes you crave more ^^

A really nice short and sweet experience with a ton of replayability. The story is only 16 levels that shouldn't run you more than 10 minutes tops for the longer levels. There is a ton of different enemy types so it never feels repetitive. Every character feels different from one another so you can easily replay the game 7 times to level each character up to the max level of 10, really giving you a longer experience. Co-op is also really nice here. This game can be something that you completely binge for 100% at once, or a game you come back to every few months when there's a small gap until the next game release and get another character to max level. Definitely a worthwhile game

It was a fun, nostalgic, arcadey good time that I completed in one sitting with a fellow turtle-lover from my childhood.
