Extremamente linear, limitado e não é digno de ser chamado de "Simcity", pensaram tanto nos gráficos que esqueceram a jogabilidade e no que de fato marcava a autoria da franquia na época. Houve foco mais na "invenção" do que na "reinvenção" da linha SC.
