Summary

Luigi embarks on a dream vacation with Mario and friends upon receiving an invitation to a luxurious hotel. However, his dream quickly becomes a nightmare when King Boo reveals everything had been a ploy to capture Mario and friends. With the assistance of Professor E. Gadd once again, the reluctant and cowardly hero Luigi traverses up and down treacherous floors of the now-ominous hotel on a quest to save them.

Masterpiece!

except for the janky analog gameplay

Ok luigi started off very strong in its first few hours with the amazing interactive environment and the gorgeous way it looks ,but after a few levels into the hotel it did get pretty stale and repetitive with the enemies and puzzles being the exact same, the interactive environment that was so cool to interact with at first, also became sort of useless because the coins that were rewarded to me couldn’t be used for anything, and although it was still fun to play around, there was no reason for me to.and some levels overstayed their welcome.AND I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD THAT CAT WAS SO FUCKING ANNOYING OMYGOODDDDD!!!!!!
But on the last few levels the game pulled through and made it very sweet and wrapped up very nicely, but i do think the game could’ve be more innovative.
All in all it was great still, and Luigi will go down as my favorite protagonist of all time.

Really fun game with a lot of personality. Clever level designs and themes with a lot of fun world interactions to uncover the collectibles. Graphics are beautiful too. Only problem is that some of the collectibles are almost unfindable without a guide and it's one of those games where to 100% it after the end you need to go to the save point before you beat the game

Great family game! Imagining all the effort that went into each room makes my head hurt.

Beautiful graphics for the Switch, creative levels, and a solid co-op experience. Controls are janky as all get-out. Fun stuff!
