I am not one to talk,my favorite developers are fromsoftware, and ever since demons souls released ,they’ve been more or less making the same game every year. but with dont nod still releasing games so similar to LiS a decade after it came out seems kinda ridiculous. How many times can they make a teenager last summer story without growing tired of it?
Cut away the tutorial part (the room) and it's a really nice paced story. It nailed the teenage experience and awkward vibe of it all. It feels like a throwback to being 16. I'm also really into the mysterie that's unfolding. The camcorder is a nice addition to the main gameplay mechanic, had a blast.
Thoroughly enjoyed this, very Life is Strange vibes, which is a series I adored.
I love these types of games, where you get to make choices, and they have consequences to them. Love a good, rich storyline in a game, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. The characters are fun, and I enjoyed each of them.
I laughed, I cried, and I was sad when it was over. But it ended with my jaw dropping, and I love a good plot twist.
Looking forward to Tape 2, and will be ready to play it when it releases! 👏🏻
