Blair Witch

I didn't finish. I made it to chapter 8 of 17. It's horribly boring, the moments of "fear" are ridiculous, the writing is AWFUL, & the creatures are embarrassing. Blair Witch as a whole works better with the idea of the less you know the scarier it is. When you show the audience what "it" is that is causing these situations it makes it feel cheesy & takes all of the tension away. I will not be finishing this game ever as I have no interest. Lastly, this games lighting at times is FUCKING TERRIBLE.

Final verdict: Don't touch it

Maybe it's me but I found this game confusing to navigate. The story was pretty uninteresting tbh too.

Strange hidden ways, loops around the life.

Fun, easy, unique plot. Last chapter drags on though.

I don't even want to talk about this game. The camera rewinding mechanic was cool I guess, the snake game on the nokia was a good distraction, and the doggy was a really good doggy, but except for that, EVERYTHING in this game, from its mechanics, to its atmosphere to its really poor writing, was a fucking drag to sit through. The graphics are great, but the gameplay and the FUCKING story is so bad, that it gave me an aneurysm.
Usually I don't say it, but don't play this game. Watch a walkthrough by John Wolfe or someone to have someone at the side constantly rip this game to shred to get some sort of entertaining value out of it, but except for that, don't play it.
Especially, if just like me, you are sensitive to depictions of mental illness, which this game is really and I MEAN REALLY, bad at potraying.

It doesn't have much to do with the Blair Witch even though they throw the famous Blair Witch symbols in there but it's most about a combat survivor who has PTSD helping a search party find a missing boy and any time his dog Bullet is not in sight he starts to have an episode and has flashbacks and being in the woods without his dog after some time he starts to lose his mind.
