Summary

AEW: Fight Forever combines nostalgic arcade-wrestling with All Elite Wrestling finishers and moves. Featuring a big roster of AEW talent, multiple match types, robust career mode, tons of customization options, more than 40 weapons, and so much more!

As a big fan of WWE video games,I can say that just like most people,I was hyped for a THQ/Yukes wrestling game, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the expectation.I love the fact that they brought back the arcade style of gameplay, because I was getting tired of that simulation crap from 2K.There are some interesting gameplay elements like weapons you can use, likeable wrestlers etc.But there are a lot of bad things.First of all carrer mode is very repetitive. No voice acting makes it even worse. In nutshell you train,do conferences and in the end you wrestle.I' ve seen this game is 40$ and with all expansions 80$.That's ridiculous, the game isn't worth 20$ if being honest. In terms of soundtrack I only found Control and Blow It Up memorable.I'm not gonna say that game blows or say it's garbage,it just didn't live up to the hype.Developers need to learn from mistakes of this game if they want to make a good game.Another thing is the fans.People expected this game to be a masterpiece,it's like expecting first Smackdown game or first SVR game to be greatest wrestling game ever.Give them developers time to find a rhytm, they will eventually give you what you want,IMO this one is not worth buying at all

A great throwback to older style wrestling games. AEW Fight Forever embodies the uniqueness of what mid 90s early 2000s peak wrestling game were about. Everything from the controls that just give WWE No Mercy vibes and great graphics as well. My only problem with the game is that even if you buy the biggest edition you still have to buy the new season passes. Time to retire the game.

Liked the arcade style like gameplay. But other than that that’s all it has to offer. Definitely doesn’t have the replay ability unlike the WWE games. Plus majority of the AEW roster is locked behind DLC packs. Very disappointing
