Unfortunately nothing beats Heroes 3 for me, but I would like to come back to Heroes 7 and replay it for some more time, maybe this is better than I think.

Just goofy game. Unfortunately did not age well. I still find HOMM 3 to be the only enjoyable HOMM game to withstand the test of time.
